Print area on the pen is as follows:
Please submit all custom design artwork in the ratio of 1:4 in Jpeg or PDF format.
- Artwork Submission in pixel must be Width 1000 pixels x Height 250 pixels
- Artwork Submission in cm must be Width 40cm x Height 10cm
White background is needed for your submitted design. Extra cost will be charged should you require assistance to make the background white. *Our design team will contact you.
Custom design can be in multi colors.
Normal selection from purchase section.
Print will be in Single color and 1 standard font listed.
25 to 30 fonts are preferred for best print.
Please note that print colors may be different from your monitor due to different calibration.
Please note that we reserve the right to place your texts the best way we feel it fits the available imprint area.
Please note that changes cannot be made once orders are submitted/purchase.
Return and Refund policy:
No refund or cancellation once orders are placed.
Changing or amending your design within 3 hours from time of purchase is subjected to an administrative fee of S$15. Please call 6789 2121 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org for such a request. Please note that no changes can be made after 3 hours from the time of puchase.
Exchange will only be applicable for items that are delivered wrongly or items that are damaged in the course of delivery. Please write to us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your items, would such circumstances occur.
We ensure that all orders are thoroughly checked before delivery.
Please note that color different will not be considered as a fault product.
All return items postage will be paid by the customer.
